Custom foam fabrication, 3D printing, props, signs, displays, molds, and related work may involve normal variations in material, dimensions, color, finish, texture, tolerances, availability, production methods, and installation conditions. Final project requirements, pricing, timelines, and deliverables should be confirmed in a written quote, invoice, proposal, purchase order, or other written agreement.

Information and materials you submit

You are responsible for the accuracy of information, measurements, drawings, logos, artwork, reference images, files, and other materials you submit. By submitting materials, you confirm that you have the rights or permission needed for us to review and use them for the requested project or inquiry.

You keep ownership of materials you submit, but you give ABC Foam permission to use, copy, review, modify, and share those materials as reasonably needed to evaluate, quote, produce, communicate about, or complete the requested project.

Intellectual property

The website, including text, photos, graphics, logos, page designs, portfolio images, and other content, is owned by ABC Foam or used with permission.
