What We Craft

Architectural Foam Columns, Cornices & Facade Details

Architectural elements, made practical. Every piece is precision-carved, hardcoated for durability, and finished to match its surroundings — whether that's aged limestone, smooth plaster, or painted millwork.

Columns & Capitals

Classical and contemporary column profiles, fluting, bases, caps, and ornate capitals built lightweight for residential, commercial, and hospitality installs.

Cornices & Mouldings

Crown profiles, dentil details, bands, trims, and continuous moulding runs that install faster than cast plaster, concrete, or GFRC.

Facade Details

Quoins, keystones, medallions, brackets, wall accents, and full exterior facade treatments finished to match stone, stucco, or paint.

Pergolas & Outdoor Features

Poolside pergolas, beams, decorative outdoor structures, and resort-style accents hardcoated and UV-protected for the Florida climate.

Custom Profiles

Work from CAD, sketches, photos, field dimensions, or a physical sample. We replicate existing profiles for renovations, additions, and restorations.

Architectural Signage

Dimensional letters, monument-style signs, logo walls, and building identifiers with stone, stucco, or painted finishes.

3D Scanning for Restoration

Professional 3D scanning of existing cornices, capitals, medallions, corbels, and decorative moldings — ideal for historic restoration. Receive raw STL, OBJ, or PLY files, or have our shop reproduce the piece in foam.

Why Foam

Lighter. Faster. Smarter.

Traditional architectural elements in stone, plaster, or concrete are heavy, expensive, and slow to install. High-density foam delivers the same visual result while solving every one of those problems.

Weight — pieces install without cranes or structural reinforcement, often by a two-person crew.

Durability — polyurea hardcoats and epoxy sealants create a tough shell that stands up to weather and handling.

Finish — hand-applied and sprayed textures replicate stone, concrete, and woodgrain so faithfully that the difference disappears at arm's length.

FAQs

Architectural foam questions

How long does exterior architectural foam last?

With the right density, hardcoat, sealant, paint, and installation method, exterior foam details can be built for long-term outdoor use in South Florida conditions.

Can foam look like stone or stucco?

Yes. We can texture and paint foam to match limestone, stucco, smooth plaster, concrete, woodgrain, or a custom architectural finish.

Can you match an existing profile?

Yes. Send a CAD file, sketch, photo, field measurement, or sample — or have us 3D scan the existing element — and we can reproduce the profile for repairs, additions, or repeated runs.

Can you 3D scan existing architectural ornament?

Yes. Our professional 3D scanning captures cornices, capitals, medallions, and other architectural ornament as high-resolution digital meshes — ideal for documentation and historic restoration. You receive the raw scan files (STL, OBJ, or PLY); reverse engineering and CAD modeling aren't included, but we can quote foam reproduction from the same scan.

Do you deliver or install?

Yes. We can fabricate, finish, deliver, and install architectural foam elements across Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, Palm Beach County, and nearby South Florida areas.
