Master

The original positive form, typically 3D printed with fine detail. Use a master when you want to produce your own molds, or need a durable reference form for shaping. Ideal for bringing mold-making in-house.

Mold

The negative cavity made from the master, used to cast repeated parts in concrete, foam, or resin. Our molds are built for precast production — holding sharp detail and dimensional accuracy through repeated use.

What files do you need for arch knockouts?

CAD, DXF, PDF plans, sketches, field dimensions, and opening schedules all help. We can also work from simple measurements when the geometry is clear.

Can you cut void fill from plans?

Yes. Send plan sheets, dimensions, target density, and any sequencing notes so we can quote the right EPS blocks and delivery bundle.

Can pieces be labeled by location?

Yes. For jobsite installs, pieces can be grouped and labeled by building, floor, wall, opening, or pour phase.

Can you digitize an existing part?

Yes. Our professional 3D scanning captures existing components, legacy parts, and one-of-a-kind objects as high-resolution digital meshes for digital archiving or reproduction — delivered as raw STL, OBJ, or PLY files. Scan data comes exactly as captured; reverse engineering, CAD models, and manufacturing drawings aren't included.

How fast can you deliver?

Lead time depends on size, quantity, material, and current schedule, but rush cutting is available for pour schedules when capacity allows.
